Shipment booking is mandatory before proceeding with any further process

An ID card is required during the booking process.

Once documentation is completed and the case is closed, a cancellation fee of 10-25% will apply as per company policy.

The company will not be responsible for items prohibited by the government.

No , Damaged or broken parcels will not be accepted.

In case of a lost parcel, compensation will be USD 100 or the invoice value, whichever is lower.

The company will not be liable for delays caused by airlines, customs clearance, or any circumstances beyond our control.

In cases of incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or parcel rejection, return and reshipping charges will apply as per our shipping rates.

If customs require any documents from the recipient, they are responsible for providing them. Clearance documentation at the destination is the responsibility of the recipient.

 

If the recipient changes the address, additional charges will apply as per courier rates. Any shipment returned for any reason will be billed to the sender.

For air shipments, volumetric weight will be calculated as LWH/5000 (in centimeters).

Liquids, DG products, and powder items will not be accepted as per company rules and regulations.

A fee of USD 25 will apply for address corrections.
